The Deep Sea Science Lab is the KND's Scientific Research Seabase where the KND's greatest kid scientists develop new advancements and also develop biological weapons such as the Unpoppable Zit to use against the teenagers as revenge for them creating Chickenpox. It was also where they conducted research on "C.O.O.T.I.E.S.", which weren't even a threat.

Currently it is being repaired due to damage suffered from a direct ramming from a KND underwater rescue ship that was sent to investigate. The current staff includes "dorky boy scientists" Numbuhs 74.239, Numbuh 71.562, Numbuh 79.512, and Numbuh 275, and once included Chief of Security Numbuh 20,000 (who was sent to a KND Asylum for his little episode of ramming the base). In "Operation: I.T." it is suggested it is located near Jamaica, since Numbuh 112 from Sector J was able to swim there, which would locate it in the Caribbean Sea.

It is mentioned in The Grim Adventures of the KND where Numbuh 2 suggests taking Billy to the Deep Sea Lab to have his dad's pants removed.
