The Carny is a worker at the travelling Carnival. He scams his customers by making it almost impossible to win and, if someone happens to win, makes arrangements for the prized goldfish to return to him later on.

Biography

The Carny had Numbuh 3 play at his booth at the carnival, where she managed to throw a ping pong ball into a fish bowl and won a goldfish. She took this goldfish back to the treehouse, where it soon appeared to have died while she was away. Numbuh 1 and Numbuh 5 went to the carnival to win her another goldfish from the Carny, but Numbuh 1 only managed to spend most of his money to no avail. Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 4 flushed Numbuh 3's "dead" goldfish down the toilet, where it found its way through the water pipes and back to the Carny; it turned out to be an elaborate scam they played on all who win their game. They later counted money with Eddie in back and started arguing over who should get the most of the share from that day. However, also coming through the water pipe was the Crazy Old Cat Lady, who presumably ate most of the Carny's goldfish. (Operation: F.I.S.H.Y.).

A goldfish won from the Carny was on the list of items, worth 900 points, for the great scavenger hunt set up by Numbuh 74.239 with the prize being the Delightful Children's birthday cake. Cheese Shogun Roquefort and Numbuh 86 competed at the booth without any success. This angered Roquefort to instead threaten the Carny with his sword, who quickly handed him a goldfish in fear of his life (Operation: I.N.T.E.R.V.I.E.W.S.).
